All our orders are traceable through UPS. You will recieve an email from UPS with tracking number so you can track your order. If you have any problems let us know, and we will do our best to assist you.
Yes, of course. We offer the buyer to cancel their order for any reason within 14 days of the order being placed.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by a written notification by e-mail to info@villamontiverdi.it no later than 14 days after the order has been placed. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the goods must be unused and in good condition. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to Villa Monti Verdi and bear the costs incurred.

You should of course not pay for a defect or damaged bottle or product. Transport damage must be documented and reported directly to the courrier at the time of delivery.
Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is an intermediate product of oil extraction. As the oil is not passed through any filtration step (chemicals), the plant residues and seed particles remain in the oil along with some water droplets.
In olive there are two types of polyphenols: non polar polyphenols that are dissolved in the fatty acids, and polar polyphenols, which are found in the vegetable water.
During the olive oil production process with filtered olive oil non-polar polyphenols are retained in the olive oil and the polar ones are removed with the water. The unfiltered olive oils, contain polar and non polar polyphenols. In unfiltered olive oil there is 5% more polyphenols than in a filtered oil.
The product is unfiltered, which means that natural sediment can occur.
The adoptions ends automatically after 1 year. You don't need to take contact to end the adoption.
The buyer of our products must order as a private person and end consumer. Nobody has the permission to sell our products more than us at Villa Monti Verdi.
